I so admire my surfing dearies who have an open-minded and adventurous approach to life. Their optimism seems to have been reaffirmed by so many moments spent out on the sea waiting for the next mysterious dance partner to reveal itself. It seems like a great way to be in life, awaiting the next wave, with confidence, respect and curiosity. I wanted to create graphic icons of aquatic energy unfurling and offer them up as slides for these characters to play on.
